EWOR GmbH is seeking an AgriTech Co-Founder / Head of Sales to launch, operate, and scale a new venture. You will build your own startup within the AgriTech sector, backed by EWOR’s fellowship of top founders. You’ll receive a salary or funding, intensive coaching from unicorn founders, and support in key areas like hiring and fundraising.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own AgriTech startup from the ground up.
- Follow a personalized development program for goal, time, and energy management designed by unicorn founders.
- Iterate your product until you achieve product-market fit.
- Build a sales force or create a marketing operation.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocating.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication and English language skills.
