Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) is hiring an Agribusiness Executive to build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with clients across Central Queensland's beef, cattle, and broad-acre cropping sectors. You will manage a diverse portfolio with deal sizes from $3-50m, delivering tailored financial solutions for working capital, expansion, land acquisition, and succession planning.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with beef, cattle and broad‑acre cropping clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business model, risk profile, and long‑term goals.
- Retain and grow your portfolio by identifying opportunities across lending, risk management, and broader banking solutions.
- Partner with product and risk specialists to deliver end‑to‑end financial solutions.
- Lead deal strategy and execution, including origination, structuring, negotiation, and credit ownership.
- Proactively manage risk while supporting sustainable client growth.

Work Mode
