The Agreement Key Account Manager at Konecranes is responsible for developing and expanding large CARE and COMMITMENT agreements with corporate or key account customers across the US or an assigned territory. This role emphasizes nurturing strategic relationships, driving revenue through agreement-based sales strategies, and leading GAP/MAP assessments to secure long-term contracts.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow larger CARE and COMMITMENT agreements for corporate or key account customers across the US or assigned territory
- Nurture and expand key account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive revenue growth through management of agreement-based sales strategies
- Act as specialist in GAP/MAP assessments to gain entry and secure larger agreements and long-term contracts
- Win strategic target maintenance agreements from a defined target list
- Work directly with end-customers' key stakeholders and/or designated account management team to develop and maintain strong relationships with identified key accounts
- Understand key accounts' business needs and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each key account with focus on long-term value and growth for agreement-based solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key or corporate accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and optimize overall sales performance
- Analyze key account performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Identify growth through new customer expansions or locations across the US or assigned territory
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and key account metrics
- Work closely with sales, planning, and operations teams to ensure a high level of service and customer retention
