Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Agente Comercial Inmobiliario Bilingüe to manage sales interactions with international clients for a well-established real estate and hospitality company. In this fully remote role, you will deliver a high-touch, bilingual experience while driving property sales across European markets.
What You'll Do
- Qualify and manage leads interested in residential and investment properties.
- Conduct high-quality virtual property tours and immersive 360° presentations.
- Develop outbound sales strategies for cold portfolios, identifying prospective buyers.
- Provide end-to-end client support throughout the entire purchase process.
- Coordinate new property sales with development companies and update CRM systems accurately.
- Maintain seamless communication with international clients, particularly in the European market.
- Act as a strategic liaison between commercial and legal teams, ensuring clarity in all communications.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Advanced English proficiency (C2 level) and fluent Spanish.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm (Spain time), with a 1-hour break.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms used in real estate.
- Skilled in digital tools for virtual sales presentations.
- Own a computer, headset, and have a stable 100 Mbps internet connection.
- Educational background in commercial or related fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and persuasion skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with international real estate sales.
- Experience with 360° presentation tools.
- Knowledge of the European property market.
