Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions (SRP) is hiring an Aftermarket Manager to drive the growth and delivery of our aftermarket business. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to customers while advancing sustainable, profitable solutions. You will lead a team, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate across sales and product lines to expand SRP’s offerings.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the segment aftermarket strategy aligned with SRP’s global goals.
- Drive growth through performance contracts, service center management, and digital service solutions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring long-term competence development.
- Partner closely with customers to solve challenges and deliver added value.
- Ensure business objectives are met by balancing customer satisfaction with financial performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in aftermarket, service delivery, or contract management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage financial performance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High level of digital literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
