Agilent Technologies is hiring an After Sales Business Development professional to expand our after-sales business for vacuum products within Guangdong Province. In this role, you will drive growth by identifying service opportunities, guiding customers, and ensuring successful product implementation.
What You'll Do
- Mine customer demand for vacuum product repairing and maintenance, service contracts, and spare parts and consumables orders.
- Provide customers with product maintenance plans and purchasing guidance for spare parts and consumables.
- Perform on-site installation and customer operation training for new products, including helium spectrometer leak detectors, turbo pumps, scroll dry pumps, and diffusion pumps.
- Complete relevant internal process operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- More than 2 years of work experience related to the vacuum market.
- Strong English reading and writing skills.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Demonstrated hands-on ability.
Nice to Have
- Academic background in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation Control, or a related field; vacuum major is preferred.
- Experience in sales, after-sales of vacuum products, or maintenance of vacuum equipment.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Service Manager of Agilent China Vacuum Products Department.
Work Mode
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and is based in Guangdong Province.
