Honeywell is looking for an Advanced Engineering Support Specialist to lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality support solutions for our commercial and military products. You will be at the forefront of ensuring successful execution of support activities, collaborating across functions to meet engineering requirements and drive project success.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of engineers to ensure successful support execution and high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with business customers, analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements.
- Contribute to the overall quality of implemented TEAMCENTER Business Processes.
- Identify and engage Business Process subject matter experts in project planning.
- Facilitate and lead regularly scheduled project status meetings.
- Audit records and develop corrective actions to assure data accuracy.
- Manage small to medium Business Deployment Projects as project leader.
- Manage workflow for configuration management and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain open communication with project teams and customers.
- Update data utilizing company-supplied utilities.
- Adhere to and support the enhancement of project management methodology.
- Participate in developing test plans for user acceptance testing.
- Test TEAMCENTER functionality to ensure it meets customer and business needs.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of TEAMCENTER system training materials.
- Provide assistance to less experienced personnel and share knowledge in areas of expertise.
- Provide third-tier TEAMCENTER business process user support.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience with PLM / Teamcenter within an Aerospace organization.
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Office: Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Computer Information.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Proven results in delivering tasks on-time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations in a multi-disciplined environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven presentation skills.
- Proactive leader with the ability to work effectively across all levels and functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate diverse groups and work with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Ability to participate in cross functional, global teams to define, plan, implement, and measure operational requirements.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
