As an Advanced Engineering Support Specialist, you will play a key role in the design, development, and integration of sophisticated software systems within the aerospace domain. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you will operate in a hybrid work model based in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, following an initial 90-day onsite period.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate program activities and support execution across engineering and management teams
- Lead proposal development and assist in tracking key performance metrics
- Organize and document meetings, manage action items, and maintain tracking systems
- Support export control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate test equipment logistics and maintain accurate records
- Act as a process advocate, identifying opportunities for efficiency and consistency
- Facilitate issue resolution across technical and program teams
Qualifications
Applicants must have at least five years of relevant experience and a working knowledge of aerospace methodologies and tools. Fluency in English—both written and spoken—is required.
A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, science, technology, or mathematics is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex ideas, and experience building cross-functional relationships are highly valued. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a virtual setting and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
