Honeywell is looking for a Senior Advanced Project Engineer to provide critical engineering support for key projects and initiatives. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage advanced engineering projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and define scope, goals, and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans
- Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency
- Manage a team of support specialists, providing guidance to resolve complex customer issues
- Drive improvements in support processes
- Help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, developing successors, driving retention, and fostering an inclusive culture
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Nice to Have
- Advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME)
- Experience with quality management systems and processes
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
