Pfizer Inc is hiring an Adult Vaccines Health & Science Professional to drive the promotion of our vaccines portfolio across customers and channels. This field-based role in the Palm Harbor, FL area requires regular live and virtual customer engagement to launch new products, manage business relationships, and advance public health objectives.

What You'll Do

• Drive sales in your assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives.
• Engage with healthcare customers both face-to-face and virtually.
• Develop and implement effective territory call plans and engagement strategies.
• Build rapport and maintain customer relationships using digital tools.
• Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify strategic business opportunities.
• Compliantly utilize product and disease state knowledge with approved clinical resources.
• Demonstrate market knowledge across all relevant business channels, including Public Health and Retail.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues like Field Medical and Account Management.
• Complete all administrative expectations on time, including customer call documentation and expense reporting.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 2 years of experience OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience in professional sales, marketing, customer service, healthcare roles, education, or military service.
• Must live within 25 miles of the border of the assigned territory.
• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.

Nice to Have

• At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical marketing experience.
• A strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management, and outstanding communication skills.
• Experience with the Vaccines therapeutic area and products.
• Knowledge of customers and markets within the posted territory.
• Residence within the boundaries of the assigned territory.

Team & Environment

You will work with cross-functional colleagues, including Field Medical and Account Management teams, to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.

• Compensation range: $73,100 - $227,900
• 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions and an additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution.

Work Mode

This is a local, field-based role. Candidates should be located in or near Palm Harbor, FL. The territory also includes Clearwater, FL, New Port Richey, FL, and Land O' Lakes, FL.
