About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding client relationships through proactive outreach. Using cold calling, email, and social engagement, you'll initiate conversations with decision-makers across international markets, identifying opportunities and setting qualified meetings for the sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts using phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms
  • Conduct cold calls and personalized outreach to introduce services and build interest
  • Develop and manage multi-channel sequences to engage potential clients
  • Establish trust through consistent, thoughtful follow-up and tailored communication
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to refine messaging and improve conversion strategies

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B new business development experience with direct prospect interaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level required)
  • Fluency in either Italian or Spanish (C2 level)
  • Proven success in cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up sequencing
  • Ability to understand client needs quickly and adapt messaging effectively
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and remote work discipline
  • Resilient mindset—comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-through
  • Open to problem-solving and continuously improving outreach techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot
  • French language proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree
