As a Sales Development Representative for the APAC region, you will play a key role in expanding market presence across Australia and New Zealand. Your primary focus will be initiating outbound campaigns to uncover new business opportunities and advancing qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to potential clients using email, phone, and social platforms to introduce solutions and assess interest
- Understand prospect needs through consultative outreach and determine fit for further engagement
- Coordinate qualified meetings with Account Executives to advance sales conversations
- Meet monthly and quarterly goals for generated pipeline and scheduled demonstrations
- Keep CRM records accurate and updated with activity and insights
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies
- Engage in ongoing training to strengthen outreach techniques and product knowledge
