What You'll Do
Take ownership of a consistent flow of inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, conducting scheduled sales calls via Zoom to guide prospects through the decision-making process. Use a structured, proprietary sales methodology to uncover client challenges, align solutions with core objectives, and create urgency through insight-driven conversations.
Participate in daily virtual team meetings to review performance, analyze call strategies, and refine your approach. Deliver compelling, value-focused presentations tailored to each prospect’s motivations, using approved sales tools and messaging. Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track deal progress, and contribute to reliable forecasting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff and uphold a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement. Consistently aim to meet or surpass sales goals while embodying the standards of a high-performance environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in high-ticket or consultative sales with documented success closing large deals
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Skilled at building trust and identifying client motivations through discovery
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and virtual selling via Zoom
