Lead business development efforts across the EMEA region by directly engaging General Partners who manage real estate funds, syndications, or investment portfolios. Your primary focus will be identifying new prospects, initiating outreach, and advancing qualified opportunities through the early stages of the sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source and connect with GPs to introduce platform solutions that support their operations and investor engagement.
- Manage the full lead generation process—from initial contact to handoff or close—depending on experience level.
- Build lasting relationships with critical players in the real estate ecosystem, including fund administrators, tax advisors, legal professionals, asset managers, and investor relations providers.
- Develop referral networks and partnership channels that generate consistent inbound interest.
- Collaborate with internal teams by sharing market insights, common objections, and communication trends observed in GP and investor interactions.
- Contribute directly to refining sales messaging, pricing approaches, and go-to-market strategies based on frontline feedback.
Requirements
- Established network within the real estate investment space—existing relationships with GPs are required.
- Background in selling to or supporting real estate funds, syndicators, or investor-facing platforms.
- Familiarity with how GPs interact with LPs and manage investor communications.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal oversight.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Motivated by performance-based earnings and long-term growth potential.
