1840 & Company is hiring an Account Executive - Real Estate

Join a forward-thinking team as a remote Account Executive focused on the real estate sector across EMEA. Your primary mission will be to identify and engage General Partners managing real estate funds, syndications, or portfolios, and convert these connections into qualified sales opportunities. You’ll guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales journey, from outreach to handoff or close, depending on your experience level.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively reach out to and build trusted relationships with General Partners and other key decision-makers in real estate.
  • Drive lead generation independently, owning the full outreach process and ensuring smooth transitions to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners such as fund administrators, asset managers, CPAs, tax advisors, and legal professionals to expand referral and partnership networks.
  • Schedule and support sales demonstrations and follow-up discussions to advance deal progression.
  • Act as a strategic partner—not just a vendor—offering insights that align with clients’ long-term goals.
  • Share real-time market feedback to influence product messaging, pricing, and go-to-market positioning.
  • Identify recurring themes, objections, and workflow challenges in investor communication to help refine sales strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Established relationships within the real estate industry—this is essential.
  • Direct experience engaging or selling to General Partners, real estate funds, or syndicators.
  • Familiarity with investor-facing platforms or services and how GPs interact with LPs and investors.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Motivation driven by commission, ownership, and the potential for high earnings.

Nice to Have

  • Background in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or financial services—this will give you a distinct advantage.

Compensation & Growth

This is a commission-heavy role with a base salary and aggressive upside tied to performance. Work Environment
