About the Role

What You'll Do

Take ownership of initiating conversations with potential customers through targeted outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms. You’ll build a consistent flow of qualified product demonstrations by identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the next stage.

Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Maps to research and engage decision-makers in the accounting space. You’ll collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure smooth transitions and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.

Stay active in learning the product, competitive landscape, and industry trends to speak confidently with prospects. You’ll also contribute ideas to refine outreach strategies and improve overall efficiency.

Attend industry events when needed and participate in regular training to grow your skills. Success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet monthly demo targets and support pipeline development.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales development or business development role within a B2B SaaS company
  • History of meeting or exceeding performance goals in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with high-volume outbound calling and cold outreach
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as SPIN, GAP Selling, or MEDDICC
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment and share insights with teammates
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tech tools—experience with HubSpot, Gong, or Zoom is a plus
