As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in shaping the UK sales pipeline by connecting with accounting and bookkeeping professionals. Your primary responsibility will be identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and guiding potential customers toward meaningful product demonstrations. You'll use a consultative approach to understand client needs and position the platform as a solution for modernizing recurring revenue and billing workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to prospects via phone and email, creating strong first interactions
- Use HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other tools to research and engage potential clients
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the product, competitive landscape, and industry trends
- Qualify leads and move them efficiently through the sales process
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to ensure smooth transitions and alignment
- Meet monthly benchmarks for completed and scheduled demos
- Attend industry events to represent the platform and expand the prospect base
- Continuously refine outreach strategies and contribute to process improvements
- Master tools including HubSpot, Gong, and Zoom to enhance productivity
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development or a related role
- History of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Confidence in high-volume outreach and cold calling environments
- Familiarity with structured sales frameworks such as GAP Selling, SPIN, or MEDDICC
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving setting and share insights with teammates

This role offers a competitive base salary with commission potential and includes stock options from day one.
