What You'll Do
Expand the pipeline by leading cold outbound initiatives tailored to the Southeast market, aiming to connect qualified prospects with Account Executives. You’ll schedule meaningful discovery meetings that align with business goals.
Use sharp listening and inquiry skills to uncover customer challenges and goals, then clearly articulate how the platform addresses their specific needs. Your outreach will be informed by deep product knowledge and strategic research into target companies.
Identify emerging areas for growth and design focused outbound campaigns to engage decision-makers. Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging resonates and creates strong first impressions.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring every interaction is tracked and actionable. Continuously refine your approach based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- At least 8 months of experience in a sales development or prospecting role
- Proven ability to generate leads through outbound channels
- Familiarity with SaaS or service-based business models
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
