Drive pipeline growth in the Southeast region by leading outbound sales initiatives that connect with high-potential prospects. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in expanding the top of the funnel by researching target accounts, launching cold outreach campaigns, and scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social engagement to generate new opportunities
- Use active listening to uncover business challenges and align solutions with customer needs
- Apply qualification criteria to identify and prioritize promising leads
- Build and maintain accurate contact records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Develop a strong understanding of the product and industry to enhance outreach effectiveness
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data and market feedback
What You Bring
- At least 8 months of experience in a sales development or similar prospecting role
- Background in SaaS or service-based sales environments
- Proven ability to generate leads through outbound efforts
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales technology
- Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Work Environment
This is a location-based role serving the Southeast region, with flexibility to work remotely within the area. You'll have access to a home office stipend and opportunities to engage in local team meetups. The company supports a hybrid model with regional hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.
