Truelogic Software is hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator focused on marketing and advertising accounts. This remote role manages vendor invoice processing, payment oversight, and cross-functional coordination with our finance teams.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and maintain the AP mailbox, addressing all inquiries timely.
- Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoice and payment processing.
- Lead the posting of payments in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with other Finance functions (Client Finance, AR, Corporate) to troubleshoot issues.
- Regularly review vendor statements to ensure alignment.
- Assist with team training and development.
- Perform daily review and submission of invoices for timely posting.
- Conduct monthly 1099 maintenance reconciliation and assist with issuing forms.
- Provide audit support and manage files.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field OR 5+ years of experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proven proficiency with enterprise-level accounting systems and multitasking across applications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and business partners.
- Strategic priority setting and exceptional time management skills.
Nice to Have
- Advanced Excel skills with Pivot table and VLOOKUP.
