Truelogic Software is hiring a Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator for our Marketing and Advertising vertical. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end vendor payment lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while coordinating with our finance organization. This position offers the opportunity to work with top American companies from a remote location.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and maintain the AP mailbox, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
- Lead the posting of payments within the ERP system.
- Coordinate internally with other Finance functions to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Regularly review vendor statements to ensure alignment and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with the training and development of team members.
- Perform daily review and submission of invoices to ensure timely transaction posting.
- Conduct monthly 1099 maintenance reconciliation and assist in issuing forms to vendors.
- Provide support for audits and manage related files.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or a closely related field OR 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proven experience and proficiency with enterprise-level accounting systems or ERP programs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with stakeholders and business partners.
- Strong skills in strategic priority setting and exceptional time management.
Nice to Have
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
