Penguin Formula is hiring a commission-based Sales Representative to represent our DPO-ONE compliance platform. This is a results-oriented, remote role where you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while selling a proven tool to a broad market.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect potential clients across industries such as legal, finance, healthcare, government, and sports federations.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of the DPO-ONE platform to decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, compliance, or legal technology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English.

- Established network in regulated industries is a plus.
