Higharc is looking for an Implementation Lead to be responsible for onboarding builder plans into our platform. This role reports to the Sr Manager of Implementation and serves as the technical point of contact for builders, translating their existing products into Higharc-compatible settings.
What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of buildings into the Higharc Editor.
- Manage task progress and gaps to completion for home delivery.
- Serve as point of contact for product leads for our builders, helping translate their existing product and documents into settings compatible with Higharc.
- Represent Higharc in technical pre-sales and ongoing technical support scenarios.
- Provide feedback as a target user and subject matter expert in use of the application.
- Provide technical support as needed to users of Higharc.
- Assist in defining requirements for the architecture and engineering teams.
- Provide QA/QC, logging bugs across the product, especially focused on the Editor.
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level drafter with experience in Revit and AutoCAD.
- 5+ years of experience with production homebuilding, option management, and documentation of master plan sets.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through to completion.
- Subject matter expert capable of quickly establishing credibility in the domain.
Nice to Have
- Longer term, shows potential to manage a team of internal or external resources to execute implementation of homes into Higharc.
