We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to supervise key accounting functions, including credit management, tax reporting, and monthly closing processes. What You'll Do
- Act as the primary contact for dedicated customer credit management, costings, and tax reporting and filing (e.g., BEPS, OneSource Tax Provision, Return to Provision, and other local tax requirements).
- Collaborate with the Shared Service Center (SSC) to complete monthly closing and conduct balance sheet reviews.
- Work with the Customer Service Team to manage past due balances that may impact order shipments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages per local and Business Unit (BU) requirements.
- Play a key role in internal audits, external statutory audits, regular tax examinations, and customs audits.
- Assist the Regional Financial Controller with POR reporting and other ad hoc assignments.
What We're Looking For
- BA degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance.
- Strong digital literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP systems.
