CCH Tagetik, a Wolters Kluwer company, is hiring an Account Relationship Manager Executive. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, primarily with university and college decision-makers in the nursing education sector. You'll leverage your business acumen to create demand, negotiate product and service terms, and drive revenue while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Develop in-depth relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned accounts.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to align our products and services with customer requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales with a high degree of authority.
- Design and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, tailoring strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Support clients during product and service implementation.
- Resolve complex customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your account portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills for setting terms and closing deals.
- A solid understanding of our products and services.
- Ability to design and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Advanced use of CRM software for account management.
- High proficiency in resolving complex customer issues.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and adapting sales performance.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Must be located in the Chicago area.
Nice to Have
- On-campus experience is not required but very helpful.
- Healthcare experience is also helpful but not required.

- Compensation range: $69,600.00 - $121,600.00 USD.
