dsm-firmenich is looking for an Account Manager in Goiás, Brazil. This supervisory commercial role is where management and sales intersect. You will oversee a team of representatives, ensuring the execution of marketing strategy and driving the team’s evolution within the leading ruminant nutrition brand in Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Manage the team of sales representatives.
- Implement actions established by the company.
- Deliver on proposed objectives.
- Prospect and maintain relationships with large key clients.
- Train the representative team to increase performance.
- Hire new commercial representatives.
- Execute marketing actions.
What We're Looking For
- Full degree in Zootechnics, Agronomy, or Veterinary Medicine.
- Extensive professional experience in the commercial area.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Experience working with large clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Availability for frequent travel.
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate degree.
- Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
