Kruger Tech is looking for an Account Manager (UIO) to manage strategic relationships with key clients and drive sales growth in the technology sector. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while expanding the portfolio of products and services offered.
What You'll Do
- Manage strategic relationships with key clients in the assigned territory, fostering their growth and satisfaction.
- Conduct commercial follow-up and maintain active communication with clients for launches, events, and opportunities.
- Meet established sales objectives and seek new business opportunities.
- Advise clients by providing solutions aligned to their needs.
- Expand the portfolio of offered products and services.
- Guide clients in product use, ensuring an excellent experience.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external teams.
- Prepare and analyze management reports and key performance indicators.
- Ensure the achievement of commercial goals based on the sales forecast.
What We're Looking For
- More than 5 years of proven experience in sales and commercial management in the technology sector.
- At least 2 to 3 years selling Cloud, Software, and IT Services products.
- Experience managing a client portfolio, fostering loyalty, and developing new business.
- Ability to manage projects with B2B and corporate clients.
- Intermediate/advanced level of Excel for data analysis and report creation.
- Capacity for networking in the public and private sectors.
- University degree: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
- Developed soft skills.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Oracle (desirable).
