Anchour is looking for an Account Manager to be a trusted strategic partner to our clients. You will lead conversations aligning with client business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels. As the owner of these relationships, you'll proactively rally internal teams and oversee projects to deliver high-quality work on time.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building trust through clear communication, strategic insight, and reliable follow-through.
- Guide strategic discussions to align marketing efforts with client objectives, addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
- Own projects from scoping and timelines to approvals and final delivery, ensuring all work meets quality standards and stays on schedule.
- Partner with internal teams to align priorities, advocate for the client’s vision, and maintain momentum on all initiatives.
- Lead meetings, manage client communications, and streamline feedback loops to keep projects moving and stakeholders informed.
- Advocate for the client’s goals internally, ensuring their vision and brand are consistently represented across all deliverables.
- Work with clients and internal teams to develop long-term strategic plans and actionable roadmaps that align with their business growth objectives.
- Use knowledge of paid ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM, organic social, and analytics to articulate strategies and highlight performance outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate on proposals, scopes, and agreements to expand client success.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in account management or strategy roles at a creative, branding, or marketing agency.
- Solid understanding of marketing channels like paid ads, email, SEO, social, and analytics—and how they drive business results.
- Must be located in New England, with the ability to occasionally meet in person with clients or team members.
