About the Role

This role involves managing key client relationships within the technology industry across Brazil, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and uncovering expansion opportunities through consistent communication and strategic account planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with technology clients in Brazil
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Monitor client health and satisfaction levels
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Track and report on account performance metrics
  • Prepare regular account reviews and business reviews
  • Ensure timely renewals of contracts and subscriptions
  • Advocate for client needs internally
  • Stay informed about product updates and roadmap changes
  • Support onboarding and adoption processes
  • Coordinate with technical teams during implementation phases
  • Gather client feedback to inform product development
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Drive customer retention through proactive engagement
  • Escalate critical issues when necessary
  • Monitor usage patterns to identify risks or opportunities
  • Facilitate communication between clients and support teams
  • Assist in resolving billing or contractual inquiries
  • Represent the client perspective in internal planning sessions
  • Promote best practices for product utilization
  • Track customer success milestones
  • Align client goals with service offerings
  • Support quarterly business review meetings
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
