Slasify is seeking an Account Manager to join our Customer Department in Taiwan. In this role, you will develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Be responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of clients and their employees.
- Clearly communicate and update the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to leadership.
- Prepare monthly reports for client accounts and collaborate with the finance team on accurate and timely invoicing.
- Accurately crosscheck and confirm payroll and reimbursements for clients’ employees.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within your territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Prior professional experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or in a relevant role.
- A minimum of 2~3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple client accounts and time-sensitive projects.
- Excellent listening, collaboration, and cross-cultural patience and understanding.
- A go-getter attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity to learn.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must.
Nice to Have
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Prior remote working experience is a plus.
