RateHawk is hiring an Account Manager for Taiwan to strengthen our market presence and drive growth with our B2B travel partners. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, consolidating our position in the region, and contributing to our mission of creating convenient travel products.
What You'll Do
- Expand and consolidate RateHawk's presence in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs, to increase their performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Follow up with new and existing partners to provide system training.
- Position the brand within the travel trade through product presentations and networking events.
- Address incident issues and ensure partner support.
- Oversee and ensure accuracy in transaction processing for payments control.
- Spend approximately 40% of working time on business trips for client meetings and industry events.
- Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
- Deliver regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.
- Maximize and develop API deals with potential and existing partners.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in account management or business development for B2B companies within the travel industry.
- In-depth understanding of Taiwan's travel market and B2B travel networks.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics, and numbers.
- Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, with an appetite for innovative technology and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts.
- Must be based in Taiwan.
