Nexo was looking for an Account Manager, Spanish & English

As an Account Manager, Spanish & English at Nexo, you will manage accounts for high-net-worth individuals globally, building strong, long-lasting relationships through email, phone, and Telegram. You will maximize revenue per account by understanding client needs and aligning them with Nexo's products and services while maintaining up-to-date Salesforce records.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the accounts of selected high-net-worth individuals from all parts of the world
  • Use email, phone, and Telegram to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Maximize revenue earned from each account by understanding client needs and satisfying them with Nexo's products and services
  • Ensure credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of Nexo's product portfolio, current market conditions, and competitors’ products
  • Maintain up-to-date Salesforce records so management can work with accurate data

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years in a sales or account management role in a Fintech or Financial services company
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to manage, follow and execute account management processes from start to finish
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills
  • Ability to adapt communication style according to the audience
  • Self-driven, with the ability to deliver results in a high-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Passion for digital assets and knowledge of developments in the decentralized finance and related crypto ecosystems
