Desjardins Group is hiring a Senior Account Manager to build and manage relationships with medium-sized commercial organizations. In this role, you will leverage technical business knowledge to promote our products and services, negotiate agreements, and balance sales objectives with risk management and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Initiate, develop, and maintain personalized business relationships with current and potential clients to promote and sell products and services.
- Act as a key intermediary between the business centre and members/clients, ensuring satisfaction and analyzing any sources of dissatisfaction.
- Identify and analyze member and client needs, develop personalized solutions, and negotiate applicable conditions.
- Recommend strategies and solutions for achieving business centre objectives like increased volume, sound risk management, and portfolio profitability.
- Use intelligence to identify business development opportunities to increase the competitiveness of products and services.
- Execute promotional activities and participate in targeted public relations and the business community.
- Adhere to all policies, practices, standards, and laws governing financial product distribution.
- Provide sound and prudent risk management for all portfolios under your responsibility.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
