About the Role

Engineering Industries eXcellence is hiring an Account Manager to drive growth and revenue within the North American process manufacturing market, focusing on Food & Beverage and Chemical & Pharmaceutical industries. In this role, you will be responsible for selling software licenses and delivery services, positioning our full suite of digital manufacturing solutions, and managing key strategic accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Be accountable for sales revenue and margins derived from software and IT services sold to large manufacturing organizations.
  • Provide account management by developing business relationships with key accounts and maintaining regular customer contact.
  • Develop account plans per customer outlining sales strategy for farming and uncovering new engagements.
  • Create a plan to win new business opportunities and logos.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate market-specific campaigns.
  • Understand customer challenges and help drive the sales processes.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership with customers and stay appraised of industry trends.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience for software or IT services.
  • Account management experience working with organizations of $500M+ in revenue.
  • Previous experience selling related MES/MOM solutions in one of the following industries: Food & Beverage, Chemical & Pharmaceutical.
  • Ability to travel as needed (35%+).
  • Knowledge of Siemens, Aviva, Rockwell, Ignition, and/or other MES platforms is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year institution is required, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
