Zyte is hiring a Account Manager - Remote to own and execute account strategies for our most valuable clients. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, business retention, and the growth of your portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Execute account retention and growth strategies for Zyte’s strategic accounts.
- Work closely with internal functions including Finance, Project Management, Legal, and Professional Services.
- Drive customer satisfaction and portfolio growth as key measures of success.
