UiPath is hiring an Account Manager, PeakAI in Sydney. This enterprise and overlay account executive role is dedicated to PeakAI, now part of UiPath's agentic AI offering. You will be responsible for increasing revenue by hitting sales objectives through upselling existing accounts and acquiring new logos in the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods industries.
What You'll Do
- Increase revenue for Peak & UiPath by hitting and exceeding sales objectives each quarter.
- Execute a hybrid approach of upselling existing accounts and acquiring net new logos within Peak’s ICP.
- Identify, establish, and develop relationships with both new and existing customers to learn their needs and identify opportunities.
- Execute on an accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast to rollup to management.
- Build strong relationships with partners to generate new opportunities and accelerate sales cycles.
- Work closely with Peak's and UiPath's Account Management team to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and to close expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Brand team to create marketing campaigns and convert sales leads into profitable business.
- Represent Peak & UiPath at events, roundtables, and exhibitions.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience selling SaaS end-to-end, including enterprise SaaS sales in complex cycles.
- Experience building relationships with, and selling to, executives in the manufacturing, retail, and consumer goods industries.
- Demonstrated experience consistently exceeding sales quotas in both New Logo acquisition and Customer expansion.
- Proven ability and desire to generate your own opportunities via personal outbound efforts.
- Trained and experienced in customer-centric selling methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT, or Force Management.
- Demonstrated success and ability to work well cross-functionally between partners, marketing, solution engineering, and sales development.
- Experience developing relationships and working with a partner network throughout the sales cycle, particularly with Snowflake and AWS.
- Own and execute a territory strategy, including identifying new accounts to target that are aligned to ICP.
- The ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time to regional meetings with prospects, customers, channel partners, ecosystem/integration partners, and field marketing events.
- Experience and understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, and/or AI.
