As an Account Manager in the Monetize division, you'll be the go-to point person for key partners, uncovering growth opportunities, fine-tuning relationships, and working cross-functionally to ensure long-term success. You'll be part of a data-driven team that's actively reshaping the mobile advertising landscape.
Accountabilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for publisher partners across the Americas, managing relationships and client needs with precision.
- Spot and implement upsell and expansion opportunities for existing partnerships, leveraging deep product knowledge and market insights.
- Forecast revenue and manage a robust pipeline of active and potential business opportunities.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews to drive alignment and growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Product, Operations) to structure deals and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Analyze partner performance and distill actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings to build rapport and expand visibility.
- Synthesize partner feedback and contribute strategic insights to inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience, preferably in AdTech, mobile, gaming, or tech sectors.
- Proven track record of managing quotas and hitting revenue targets in client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical chops with the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into client-ready insights.
- Top-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, hyper-organized, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
- Experience with CRM and data tools (Salesforce, Excel) is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and team gatherings.
- Based in one of these approved remote states: CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, OR, TX, UT, WA.
- Fluency in English required.
