Haemonetics is seeking an Account Manager, Interventional Technologies to represent our portfolio in the Portland, OR territory. You will execute strategic plans to drive territory growth by engaging new and existing customers, achieving sales quotas, and building strong market relationships.
What You'll Do
- Drive daily sales objectives focusing on territory growth, including new account targeting, cultivation, and launch planning.
- Develop and execute territory business plans in a quarterly quota-based system by implementing sales strategies.
- Direct all training and education planning during account launches.
- Demonstrate proficiency in presenting and implementing Performance Guarantees in key accounts and follow up with Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Transfer account knowledge and other requested information to the leadership team regularly.
- Collaborate and coordinate clinical specialist(s) and align the team around the business plan.
- Make clinical and economic presentations to customers, committee members, and relevant staff.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships, including KOL cultivation and maintenance.
- Develop relationships with hospital administrative staff and develop and execute corporate contracts where appropriate.
- Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge and share it with the broader organization.

Nice to Have
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience in medical device sales.
- Thorough knowledge of medical device market, products, and customers.
- A demonstrated strong work ethic coupled with a sense of urgency to accomplish objectives.
- A highly developed business acumen and experience in targeting and prioritizing key customer accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to establish personal credibility in the targeted territory to create a forum for delivering our message.
- Emotional Intelligence to manage their schedule and clinical resources effectively and efficiently.
- Previous Medical Device sales experience preferably calling on Interventional Cardiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and administrators in the targeted territory.
- An aggressive strategic thinker and tactical planner who exhibits flexibility, innovativeness and resourcefulness.
Team & Environment
This role reports to a Regional Sales Director.
