About the Role

HighLevel is hiring an Account Manager II to be responsible for revenue growth within the Account Management department. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and value.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth and expansion within your assigned accounts.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle, focusing on retention and upselling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for increased value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an account management or customer success role with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Strong track record of managing and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and decisions.

Work Mode

This position is based in India and operates within a global work mode, requiring collaboration across different time zones and regions.
