Withings is seeking an Account Manager for its fast-growing Health Solutions division. You will play a key role in cultivating and expanding our existing customer base, owning a revenue target, and serving as the strategic point of contact for clients. Our mission is to be the trusted leader in clinical-grade smart health devices.
What You'll Do
- Own the revenue target for your territory and be responsible for its performance.
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through renewals, upselling, and exploring new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead negotiations for contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Help fine-tune account management processes and strategies for maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure customer feedback influences strategy and we deliver an outstanding experience.
- Report on account statuses, forecasting, and the identification of growth opportunities.
- Potentially travel for in-person client connections and conferences throughout the year.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or upselling account management role.
- Ability to cultivate sales opportunities within existing customer relationships, with a focus on sustainable, long-term account growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, capable of building rapport and trust.
- A passion for data with a keen aptitude for analyzing account metrics to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and drive strategic decisions.
- Demonstrable experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tools to manage customer interactions and track sales processes.
- An understanding of integration-based solutions.
