Parts Town was looking for an Account Manager - East

Quantum Metric is seeking an Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the East region. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and driving value realization.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client success and expansion.
  • Manage the full post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of managing and growing key enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand complex client challenges and align solutions.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
