Quantum Metric is seeking an Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the East region. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and driving value realization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client success and expansion.
- Manage the full post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of managing and growing key enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand complex client challenges and align solutions.
