The Account Manager will be a key partner to top restaurants in the South of England, driving their online sales growth through strategic relationship management and data-led insights. This role is central to Deliveroo’s commercial success, focusing on maximizing partner performance and representing Deliveroo as the local market expert across Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do
- Drive partner performance by using data analysis and industry insights to maximise order volumes and unlock growth potential for top restaurant partners.
- Build and maintain high-impact partnerships through consistent face-to-face and remote communication.
- Lead commercial discussions to secure optimal terms of partnership and long-term value.
- Liaise with restaurant and rider operations teams to identify and resolve friction points, improving overall efficiency.
- Represent the face of Deliveroo within the region, staying ahead of industry trends to innovate and present new growth ideas.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in account management or a proven track record in relationship management or a similar commercial role.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive growth and inform business decisions.
- Proven negotiation skills to manage complex conversations and deliver successful outcomes against targets.
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders in person, via phone, or email.
- Operational autonomy as a self-starter comfortable working independently while travelling to meet partners across the region.

- A valid driving licence and access to a car.
Team & Environment
Part of the Regional UK and Ireland team, which manages restaurant partners across all four nations; works closely with restaurant and rider operations teams.
