About the Role
This role focuses on driving clinical adoption of image-guided therapy devices by providing expert support to healthcare providers, managing key customer relationships, and collaborating with sales teams to meet business objectives in Western Canada.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary clinical expert for image-guided therapy devices during customer engagements
- Support sales efforts by demonstrating product capabilities in clinical settings
- Train physicians and hospital staff on proper use of medical devices
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Respond to clinical inquiries from healthcare professionals
- Assist in the development of clinical strategies for market expansion
- Gather and share field feedback to inform product development
- Participate in surgical procedures to ensure proper device utilization
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical applications and industry trends
- Deliver educational programs to increase product awareness
- Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Support account planning and strategic customer initiatives
- Attend conferences and medical events to represent the company
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Track and report clinical activities and outcomes
- Promote best practices in clinical workflows
- Assist in the evaluation of new technologies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Support post-market clinical follow-up activities
- Drive adoption of new product launches through clinical education
- Provide input on competitive landscape and market dynamics
- Ensure clinical messaging aligns with approved guidelines
- Support quality assurance processes related to clinical use
- Act as a liaison between clinical users and technical teams
