Launch Potato is seeking an Account Manager to join our high-performing, entrepreneurial team. In this role, you will manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing their demands with internal company goals.
- Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, achieving profitability targets within 6 months.
- Own the client onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch through strong coordination across Sales and Operations.
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time and drive better outcomes across client portfolios.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with expertise in affiliate marketing and user acquisition.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- A proven track record in day-to-day client management, handling multiple accounts with unwavering attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to leverage data to showcase performance and drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- The ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities.
- 2+ years of digital marketing or affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tracking platforms and reporting tools like Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, or Looker.
