Cynet Systems, an award-winning organization delivering world-class workforce solutions, is looking for an Account Manager to play a pivotal role in business growth. This remote position focuses on fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, managing client accounts, overseeing recruitment, and identifying new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Jurisdiction team to devise strategies for targeting and acquiring new business ventures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to pinpoint emerging opportunities for expanding staffing business operations.
- Establish partnerships through fostering, collaboration, and growth.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors through consistent communication, collaboration, and feedback sessions.
- Attend staffing industry events.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the submission and selection process.
- Travel to meet vendors and procurement teams to strengthen relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of overall experience with a proven track record in the Staffing Industry.
- 3+ years experience in Sales and Business Development in the Staffing Industry.
- Experience in one or multiple industries and domains such as IT, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
- Proven experience in vendor management, recruitment, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and trust with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Possessing US public sector experience.
