What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Jurisdiction team to devise strategies for targeting and acquiring new business ventures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to pinpoint emerging opportunities for expanding operations.
- Establish partnerships through fostering, collaboration, and growth.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors through consistent communication, collaboration, and feedback.
- Attend staffing industry events.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the submission and selection process.
- Travel to meet vendors and procurement teams to strengthen relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of overall experience with a proven track record in the Staffing Industry.
- 3+ years experience in Sales and Business Development within the Staffing Industry.
- Experience in one or multiple industries and domains such as IT, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
- Proven experience in vendor management, recruitment, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and trust with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Possessing US public sector experience.
