About the Role

Join Deliveroo's Commercial team as an Account Manager in Bordeaux, France, to drive the success of key restaurant partners on the platform. You will leverage data-driven insights and strategic expertise to optimize performance, build strong partnerships, and support growth within a mature market segment.

What You'll Do

  • Create privileged and lasting relationships by acting as a Food Tech expert for your zone/city
  • Analyze portfolio performance to provide personalized support and data-driven recommendations to increase profitability
  • Take appropriate measures based on analysis and make direct recommendations to the Head of Business Unit, remaining agile with rapid deployment of new tools
  • Suggest and implement customized promotional campaigns to stimulate partner growth
  • Ensure rigorous operational follow-up on the ground to optimize the overall experience for restaurant partners and customers

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to achieve ambitious objectives (OKRs)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead contractual discussions and convince partners while respecting Deliveroo's values
  • Ability to maintain high-quality competitive monitoring and provide real-time feedback to partners and management
  • Strong ability to identify, understand, and analyze commercial and operational data to deliver excellence in service
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required for defending viewpoints and collaborating effectively in an international context

Team & Environment

Part of the Account Management team within the Commercial division, working closely with Business Unit leadership, reporting to the Head of Business Unit.
