What You'll Do
Shape and implement strategic sales plans for the East China region within the home appliance sector, aligning annual and quarterly goals with broader business objectives. Take full ownership of regional sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of key metrics including revenue, collections, and market share.
Use data insights to monitor progress, detect performance gaps, and deploy targeted improvements that drive results beyond forecasted targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at key accounts and strategic partners, leading high-level negotiations to strengthen contracts and enhance customer loyalty.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize accounts receivable and inventory management. Partner with technical departments and service units to support non-sewing business initiatives and meet financial goals in your territory. Deliver consistent, customer-centric performance while overseeing day-to-day operations in the region.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership within a regional market, preferably in home appliances or related industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and guide strategic decisions
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities at executive levels
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and technical teams
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and driving customer satisfaction
