What You'll Do
Take ownership of building and maintaining strong relationships with repair businesses, primarily across the North Island, with a focus on Auckland. You’ll guide new partners through onboarding, identifying their unique needs and challenges to ensure smooth integration and long-term success. From initial contact to ongoing support, you’ll lead presentations, deliver tailored demos, and develop proposals that align with customer goals.
Support existing repairers to increase platform engagement and usage. You’ll proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience, anticipate needs, and provide timely solutions. Act as the primary advocate for repairers within the company, gathering feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product, engineering, and leadership teams.
