What You'll Do
Lead customer success initiatives across the BeNeLux region, focused on driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Develop and execute tailored success plans for key accounts, setting clear goals for value realization, product usage, and expansion opportunities.
- Design annual and quarterly strategies per client, tracking progress against defined milestones and renewal timelines.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to customers, identifying challenges and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing to launch joint campaigns, webinars, and in-product engagement tactics that boost user adoption.
- Identify and advance upsell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing proposals and pricing models in line with business objectives.
- Lead Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate impact, align on outcomes, and refine success roadmaps.
- Monitor portfolio performance using key metrics such as gross revenue retention, net revenue retention, and renewal rates.
- Forecast renewals and expansion deals accurately, maintaining risk registers and action plans for at-risk accounts.
- Ensure CRM and customer success platforms reflect up-to-date health scores, engagement data, and strategic plans.
- Stay informed on regional market trends, regulatory shifts, and industry developments affecting customer needs.
- Contribute structured feedback to Product, Support, and Engineering teams based on real-world client experiences.
- Develop case studies and referenceable success stories to support regional growth efforts.
Requirements
- Eligible for NATO CLEARANCE
- Minimum of 3–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales roles with proven results in retention and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships with measurable business impact.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the BeNeLux market.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or relevant professional certifications.
Technical Environment
