Trust Wallet is hiring an Account Manager (Business Development) for our Web3 ecosystem. In this role, you will be the strategic owner and primary point of contact for our most important fiat on-ramp and swap aggregator partners, directly responsible for their commercial success and the technical health of the integrations.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end relationship with fiat providers and swap aggregators, leading weekly and monthly business reviews to align on goals.
Act as the voice of the partner internally while holding partners accountable to high service standards, leading tough conversations when performance dips.
Maintain a broad understanding of partner contracts and regulatory requirements to ensure long-term compliance and stability.
Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, transaction volume, revenue, and success rates.
Use data to identify regional trends and friction points, suggesting ways partners can increase their share of wallet.
Build structured reports for BD leadership that highlight risks, successes, and actionable recommendations.
Deeply understand the user flow from 'App Download' to 'Token Swap' to identify where users drop off and why.
Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize feature requests and technical fixes that improve the partner and user experience.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing on partner campaigns, Legal on process changes, and Analytics to ensure data integrity.
Build scalable processes for onboarding new partners and managing Quarterly Business Reviews.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Partnerships, or Business Development Operations.
Exceptional English communication skills, with the confidence to lead high-stakes calls and simplify complex technical data into clear business insights.
A solid grasp of non-custodial wallets, gas fees, the fiat-to-crypto ecosystem, and an understanding of how an on-chain 'swap' works.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools, with a genuine enjoyment for finding the 'story' behind the numbers.
A proactive, organized, and growth-minded collaborator comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in Fintech, Crypto, or Payments is a significant advantage.
