About the Role

Elis (Suisse) AG is looking for an Account Manager (Verkäufer im Aussendienst) to take on territory responsibility for B2B new customer acquisition of large clients in the industry, trade, and service sectors within the Mittelland region. Your core mission is cold acquisition, contract negotiation, and expanding the customer portfolio for comprehensive textile service solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire new B2B customers from large clients in the industry, trade, and service sectors in the Mittelland region.
  • Conduct cold acquisition, schedule appointments, negotiate contracts, and expand the customer portfolio for textile full-service solutions (workwear, facility linen, carpets, sanitary equipment, etc.).
  • Execute targeted sales activities based on the potential analysis of the sales territory and guidelines from sales leadership.
  • Lead the entire sales process in a goal-oriented and structured manner, from presentations and contract negotiations to successful closure.
  • Support and collaborate with customer service and various branch offices during customer implementation.
  • Participate in and take project responsibility for public and private tenders.

  • Proven experience in a similar position.
  • Strong customer, goal, and service-oriented mindset with high personal accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, enthusiastic, and success-driven.
  • Residence within the assigned sales territory.
  • Stylish and confident command of the German language for professional negotiations.

  • Industry knowledge is advantageous.
  • A broad network in the industry, trade, or service sectors is a significant plus.
