Ergeon is hiring an Account Manager to become a trusted advisor to residential homeowners, guiding them through informed decisions about enhancing their properties. You'll manage leads from qualification to close, apply consultative sales techniques, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage leads from initial qualification through close and into service delivery.
- Conduct outbound communications and respond to inbound inquiries via call, SMS, and email.
- Apply consultative sales techniques like SPIN to uncover customer needs and build value.
- Build rapport and trust by understanding customers' personal goals and property challenges.
- Connect customer needs to tailored solutions that enhance their property and lifestyle.
- Track and manage your pipeline using CRM tools, prioritizing follow-ups and closing activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Customer Service Representatives for a seamless experience.
- Share customer insights and trends with your Sales Team Leader.
- Collaborate to refine our tools, training materials, and team processes.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
What We're Looking For
- A consultative sales mindset with experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline with accuracy and follow-through.
- Expertise in a structured sales framework like SPIN.
- Persuasive communication skills to build trust and navigate objections with empathy.
- Ability to simplify complex offerings and help customers make informed decisions.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable juggling multiple tools like Slack, Gmail, Pipedrive, Meets, and Frontapp.
- Self-directed and focused while working remotely, even during periods of ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Experience as an account manager within a sales or customer success team.
- Exposure to both retail and remote sales environments.
- Comfort working with structured workflows and process tools.
- Experience supporting clients through post-sale transitions.
- Ability to identify patterns and recommend process improvements.
- Familiarity with the construction or home services industries.
